A competitive board game where five empires are at war. Instead of a mighty ruler you play a secret society that is pulling strings to rig the war. There are hidden agendas, shifting loyalties and a deep hidden strategy. You use your loyalty tokens to indicate which faction you are most loyal to. At the end of the game, you want to have the cities in power that you are most loyal to.
