Event Registration is limited to 1 per person!
Event Time: Saturday October 12th at 08:00 the doors will open for check in. At 08:45 the tournament Start!

Prizes:
The tournament will award prizes in accordance to your final standings. Additionally there are participation prizes, and prizes that will be randomly awarded to players who play all 7 rounds of swiss.

Additionally there will be random prizes for players finishing 17th through 128th at the end of the 7 rounds of Swiss. To be eligible for these random prizes, players must play in all 7 rounds of Swiss. Players who drop out of the tournament before the end of round 7, will not be entered into the lottery.
Travel to the event:
Public transport:
We advise all participants to travel to the event using public transport. The venue is located within walking distance (14 minutes) of Leiden Central Station. Alternatively you can take Bus line 8 to the Alrijne hospital, to reduce the walking distance to 4 minutes.

Parking:
If you are traveling by car, please beware that the venue is located opposite a hospital. Parking around the venue is paid parking, and might contain limits on the number of hours you are allowed to park. Additionally the number of available parking spots will be limited. Leiden has several Park & Ride facilities where you can park for a more modest fee. All of the park and ride facilities offer public transport to Leiden Central Station.
